With over 20 years of battery experience we are well experienced in battery technologies both old and new. Our assembly of battery packs is all done in the U.S. to help control the logistics of ordering and turn around time.

We will be there from prototype design to full production runs. With experience in the medical, military and OEM market Custom Assembly Division’s team can keep your product powered.

As a contract manufacturer we are capable of working with you directly or with your end manufacturer to build the battery packs needed for your devices.

Wire Harnesses & Holders

Sometimes just getting the battery isn’t enough. If your product uses a simple primary cell you may still need a custom holder or wire harness to make it work. We can help with that as well! Never be afraid to ask “Hey can you do this?”.

Re-Work Capabilities

Unfortunately sometimes things go wrong. Whether it’s retrofitting a battery connector to an existing line of devices, repairing ones that have been damaged in the field, fixing board components, wire harnesses, or faulty battery packs, we can help.
